Agriculture runs on disconnected systems.
RedEarthOne connects them.

One connected platform for crops, livestock, tasks, machinery, money and compliance.

Run the day in one place. Every job you do creates a trusted record automatically — and that record powers your compliance, your AI, your bank and your buyers. Capture data once. Use it everywhere.

The Problem

Five apps, two spreadsheets, one notebook — and none of them talk.

Every tool keeps its own version of the truth. You're the integration — re-typing the same work into each of them.

You enter everything twice

The same spray goes into the diary, the spreadsheet and the audit pack — by hand, every time.

Records drift apart

When the app, the books and the notebook disagree, audit week turns into archaeology.

Your data works for everyone but you

The bank, the buyer and the auditor each ask you to rebuild the same story — because nothing connects.

The Fix

Everything your farm does becomes one trusted record.

Run the day in RedEarthOne. Each job writes its own record as you work — and with your permission, that record powers everything downstream.

FARM OPERATIONS Crops · Livestock · Tasks Machinery · Inventory Money · People recorded as you work TRUSTED OPERATIONAL RECORD one standard · tamper-evident · yours by permission Compliance & audit packs AI advisor & automation Machinery & sensors Banks & lenders Insurance Buyers & marketplace Supply chain & logistics

Capture data once. Use it everywhere — you decide who sees what, and you can revoke access any time.

AI

Less paperwork. Better decisions.

AI that runs on your records — not a chatbot bolted on somebody else's data.

Ask anything about your operation

“Which paddocks are due for a spell?” “What did that mob cost me?” Answers come from your own records, with the working shown.

It does the busywork

Drafts the spray plan, the audit pack and the traceability lodgement. You approve; it clicks through. Every action gated and logged.

Point your phone

Grain grades, pest and disease ID, body condition scores, ear-tag reads — a photo in the paddock becomes a structured record.

Proof

Built with working farms.

We're onboarding design partners now. Pilot results — measured, not promised — will be published here as they land.

01

What we measure

Hours on records per week, audit-prep time, settlement disputes, re-keying eliminated. Every pilot gets a before/after baseline.

02

What partners get

Early access, roadmap influence, migration done with our team — and pricing locked at design-partner rates.

03

Your operation here

Beef, mixed, broadacre, horticulture and dairy slots are open this quarter.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

The questions working farms actually ask before signing up. Weighing us against AgriWebb, Agworld or FieldView? That lives on the comparison page.

How long does it take to set up RedEarthOne?

Under a minute to start using it. Sign up with your name, email and operation type, draw your first paddock or add your first animal, and you are working — no credit card required. Bringing across your existing spreadsheets, legacy app exports, accounting and IoT integrations typically takes a week with our team, but you can start the same minute you sign up.

Is RedEarthOne too complex if I just want a simple farm management tool?

No. RedEarthOne works as a simple farm management tool from day one — paddock map, daily records, spray diary, compliance pack — and for most farms that is all they ever turn on. The full operating system (lender reports, buyer provenance, AI advisor, marketplace, multi-workspace sharing across the value chain) is there when you want it, but nothing forces you into the deeper stack. Use what you need; the rest stays out of your way.

Does RedEarthOne handle workforce management and worker safety?

Yes — both, built in. Workers log on via geofenced timesheets (no manual entry, payroll-grade); the app knows whether each worker is inducted and certified before assigning them to a task; and incidents or near-misses are captured in the paddock with the WHS / OHS / OSHA audit pack writing itself. Labour-standards compliance — Fair Work awards in Australia, FLSA wage-and-hour in the US, contractor visibility everywhere — is part of the platform, not a separate module. The safety attestation your major retailers, processors and exporters require for ongoing supply is a side-effect of running the farm through the app — not an end-of-quarter scramble.

Will the mobile app work without phone signal in the paddock?

Yes — the native mobile app is where the records actually get made, offline-first by design. Workers record spray, livestock moves, weights, safety checks and incidents anywhere on the property with no signal, no GPS lock and a flat battery. Data captures locally and syncs the moment the device sees a tower or wifi. Nothing waits for tonight, nothing gets lost in the paddock notebook. The web app on the office tablet or desktop is the dashboard that watches what the field did — not where data has to be re-typed.

Does RedEarthOne handle the compliance programmes my buyers require?

Yes. Regulator compliance is the easy part — the harder problem is the buyer-mandated programme attestations that change every season. RedEarthOne ships templates for the major industry programmes already: BQA and USDA PVP for livestock; grain vendor declarations and sustainable-sourcing programmes for cropping; BCI for cotton; SQF, GlobalG.A.P. and retailer-harmonised produce schemes for horticulture; Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade and 4C for coffee; BAP, ASC and MSC for aquaculture; plus cross-industry frameworks like Modern Slavery Act statements, EUDR deforestation reporting and GHG Scope 1/2/3 accounting. The records you keep to run the farm are the records every programme audits, so when the buyer adds a new line item next season, you don't have to rebuild the trail — it's already there.
