About RedEarthOne

The Operating System for
Agriculture.

We build the software that runs the farm — from the daily fence check to the annual audit pack — and the rails that connect it to everyone else in the value chain: the bank, the buyer, the processor, the carrier, the regulator.

Our Mission

Trust in agriculture, made visible.

Agriculture has always been the original economy of trust — paddock to plate, season to season. But the tools that should support it have drowned in disconnected systems: spreadsheets that don't talk to spreadsheets, paper diaries re-typed into compliance reports, and a value chain where every party maintains their own private record of the same load. We're building the operational layer that lets the farmer, the lender, the buyer, the processor and the carrier work from the same truth — so trust stops being something you reconstruct after the fact, and starts being something you can see.

The Problem We Solve

Why Stitching Point Tools Doesn't Work.

Most operations today run on five or ten point tools that don't talk to each other. The spray diary lives in one app, the timesheets in another, the bank reconciliation in a third, and the compliance report happens once a year by re-typing everything into a PDF. Picking the best of each and gluing them together with CSV exports and Zapier feels like it should work. In practice, three things go wrong.

01

Records drift apart.

When the spray diary lives in App A and the financial entries live in App B, the version that ends up in the audit pack is whichever you re-keyed most recently. Every gluing point is a place for the records to disagree.

02

The seams cost you the value chain.

Your bank can't see your livestock register. Your buyer can't see your compliance status before they bid. Your processor can't push the settlement entry into your accounting. None of the stitched-together apps were designed to talk to your lender, your buyer or your processor — so they don't.

03

Every integration is a relationship you maintain.

When App A pushes an update and breaks the CSV format, you find out the morning you're trying to generate an audit pack. The total cost of ownership of "best of breed, stitched together" is much higher than the per-app license bill suggests.

RedEarthOne is one platform, one set of records, one source of truth — for the operation, the auditor, the lender, and the supply chain. The value comes from the records being connected, not from any single module being the best.

What We Do

Five Workspaces. One Ledger.

RedEarthOne is a single connected platform with five workspaces that share one tenant, one identity, and one ledger.

For the Farm Itself

Run the Operation

Fields, Paddocks & Crop Assignments

Drawn on the map, with area, soil, and the active crop or mob attached.

Livestock, Breeding & Animal Welfare

Pedigree to processor, with inbreeding coefficients, weight gain, and vaccination status.

Spray Diary & Chemical Compliance

ChemCert-aware, with delta-T, wind, weather window and APVMA withdrawal periods enforced at task assignment.

Tasks, Workers, Shifts & Payroll

Fair Work award-aware (Pastoral / Horticulture / Wine), VEVO work-rights checks, and certification gates per task.

Compliance, Audit Packs & Chain-of-Custody

One click to generate the documents the auditor, bank or regulator actually asks for.

No Re-Keying. Ever.

The vet's note from the mobile app on Tuesday becomes a line in the audit pack on Friday and a footnote on the carbon credit submission in March.

For the Rest of the Value Chain

Connect Everyone Else

Banking Workspace

Gives the farmer's lender a real-time, read-only view of the books, the audit trail, the livestock register and the carbon position.

Marketplace (Cropline)

Producers list grain, livestock, dairy, fish or fibre and buyers submit, counter, or accept quotes — with the contract, the assays and the chain of custody attached.

Processor Workspace

For gins, packers, abattoirs and dairies — receival, lot tracking, settlement, and a back-channel to the producer's books.

Logistics Workspace

For carriers and drivers — shipment pickup, geofenced GPS tracking, proof of delivery, and an automatic journal entry into the producer's accounting on delivery.

Who It's For

Built for the Whole Value Chain

Primary Users

Farmers and Farm Managers

If you're running broadacre, livestock, dairy, horticulture, viticulture, aquaculture, poultry, crocodile, camel or commercial fishing — there's a vertical for you. The Essentials tier covers day-to-day operation; Commercial adds workforce, IoT and specialty-crop modules; Enterprise covers gin and processor integrations and institutional carbon.

The mobile app is offline-first by design — designed for the back paddock with no signal, with a delta-sync that flushes the moment the phone rejoins the network. BLE pairing with weight scales, EID readers and water-quality probes is built in.

Banks, Lenders and Insurers

Direct, read-only view into the borrower's farm — by their permission. Inventory valuations, biological asset positions (AASB 141), debt service coverage, livestock movements, compliance status and insurance evidence, all sourced from the operating data the farmer already maintains. No annual document chase.

Buyers and the Produce Marketplace

Browse live listings of grain, livestock, dairy, fish, fibre and fresh produce. See the assays, the certifications, the chain of custody and the compliance status before you bid. Counter-offers, contracts and settlement happen in-platform.

Processors

Gins, packers, abattoirs, dairies and fisheries — receive lots, track them through processing, generate the settlement statement, and push the corresponding entry into the producer's accounting in the same transaction. End-to-end traceability from paddock to lot to invoice.

Logistics Carriers and Drivers

A driver app, a dispatcher dashboard, AWS-Location-powered mapping, and shipment-level revenue and event ledger. Shipments created by the producer, accepted by the carrier, tracked by GPS, proven on delivery, and settled automatically.

One Platform.
The Whole Supply Chain.

From the back paddock to the boardroom, from the driver's cab to the lender's risk dashboard — RedEarthOne is the single source of truth for agriculture.
